è già la seconda volta che li acquisto. Ottimo prodotto per affumicatura. Essendo legno di melo non è aggressivo e lascia un delicato sapore che si sposta bene sia che le carni sia con il pesce. Io li uso praticamente ad ogni mia grigliata. Avere il truciolo invece che il chunk permette di dosarlo in maniera più precisa, anche se, per le cotture lunghe, il chunk sarebbe da preferire. In definitiva un ottimo produtto, ma la marca di per se è già una garanzia. A parte questo, credo di aver trovato il legno definitivo per delle affumicature delicate.
