Love these for my Yoga room!! 71” 5/8” thickness

To provide some perspective, I’m old and seldom give a 5-star rating. Four stars is a good recommendation. Five stars is perfect; nothing is. What are the downsides, if any. Good product, works well given that it is generic size.

I bought two of these for our 1 hour work outs 4 times per week. So far we've had our shoes on them for most exercises in the hour including jumping around. They're the right thickness so that our hard floors don't hurt when on the ground, absorb shock from jumping, but not so thick that you're off balance or sinking in too much. I've used both thinner and thicker pads and this is the right balance. We bought floating shelf hangers, which are just two screws and a 5" pole that sticks out and these mount perfectly on those. I had to buy a set of 4, but they're cheap and perfect for this. I haven't noticed any real signs of wear yet after a couple months of use. They don't have the slick super easy to clean surface that some of them come with that allow you to do a 3 second wipe down. For these I have to kind of get a hold of the rag tight and take a few extra seconds to clean it because of the texture. Functionally these are worth the little bit of extra money and I will buy the same ones again once they start to wear out.

Item was as described and shown on pictures. Shipped fast and was packaged well. Loss of one star due to mat starting to lose small pieces from normal use. Nothing major just enjoy to notice.

Design, size, thickness & quality are very similiar to the mats in Ritz Carltone gym at Naples Fl. I would buy again. My Husband uses it daily without slipping or issues with comfort.

Great product. I was even able to sleep on it. It's great for floor exercise because it is easy on the joints.

This is the third (3rd) mat I purchased. The first two were 1" thick: #1 had permanent edge irregularities that made it look like scrap foam; #2 was cushy and a little too soft but was kinda acceptable, but my wife saw it and made it HERS, and so I paid more $$ and got this one from SPRI. I got the longer version which was only 5/8" thick. The quality of this mat is obvious at unpacking. Very dense foam, with holes to hang between workouts. I'm 6' 1" and 200# so I need cushioning on our hardwood floors, but I don't need squishy. The texture of the mat provides traction, and my feet don't trip when I change foot position. It appears durable but I received it yesterday and only put it to work this morning, so I can't be sure. For now, I think my search is over - This is the ONE!

I bought the 72” 5/8 thickness. For perspective: I am 6’6” and weigh 235 lbs. This mat is being used by me on a solid concrete floor (not raised foundation) in a garage gym. I’ve used a few different types of mat that were Yoga specific prior to this. I’m very, very happy with the function & comfort of this mat. Not using it for Yoga currently, so can’t speak to functionality in terms of slippage while holding poses, etc. My use is mostly for floor exercises around leg & ab work. I wear shoes on the mat too. Zero complaints. In terms of size - I knew what I was getting when I ordered and that has not been a problem. But… if they made one that was even bigger (wider & longer), I would buy that in a second.

So happy with this mat! It’s high quality, doesn’t slip on my wood floor and most importantly the thickness is perfect! No more painful knees with doing exercises on the mat! Already planning to get another one To have 2!

I have been using this mat for about 3 years now, I workout 5 days a week, from Pilates to weights and this mat is great. I really like that is super thick and give you a lot of support for when you laydown. the quality is really good and it looks like new really. I would recommend that you go for the longest one, but is you get the short one is great too.

Mi mayor problema es en las abdominales por el contacto con el suelo y con el grosor que tiene el tapete no hay problema, lo súper recomiendo, mi única solicitud es que no es fácil de guardar y ayudaría agregar unos soportes para colgar en la pared como una opción dentro del producto

Excelente largo y altura del producto. El acolchado es suficiente para no sentir molestias al hacer ejercicios sobre las rodillas/espalda. A diferencia de otros tapetes que consideré, este no tiene ningún olor. El precio por el tapete más largo y alto en oferta es similar al más corto y delgado. Compré el mío por 1,400 (71" de largo y 5/8" de grosor). Creo que el grosor de 3/8" seria suficiente. No trae correa para trasporte ni bolsa para almacenarlo. Yo lo guardo en la caja que llegó, pero estoy considerando utilizar dos clavos en la pared para colgarlo.
