Can you work through this guide during other times besides morning?

Yes. Though the main idea is to use gratitude, productivity prompts, and blank-page journaling to start your day with the right trajectory --- you can certainly use it later in the day. Whatever you do, try to make it a ritual. Same time each day. (Example: I've heard a few customers say they lay the journal on TOP of their laptop, so they must use it before checking email).
