**Q: Is this vaccum oil extractor  strong enough to extract 100% dirty oil from car?**
A: If the oil is warm prior to extraction, and if the siphon hose is properly positioned, I believe that it'll remove the majority of the oil from the pan. From my experience it pulls oil until it is no longer there and then begins to pull air.

**Q: What is size of tubing i d?**
A: 1/4 inch

**Q: Any risk that this pump can drain the car battery so it won't start the engine next time?**
A: You could always throw a battery charger on it

**Q: Would this work on hydraulic fluid?**
A: As long as it is the recommended temp. It has to be like 140-160 degrees
