I love this thing I was skeptical at first thinking that it would make my skin red and hurt and afraid of possible irritation from the needles but the needles are so tiny You barely feel anything it does a great job opening up the pores to be able to absorb my moisturizing cream

I stumbled across this site and have made this my place for facial care. The derma roller is a great tool and priced so right! The instructions are there so it makes it simple to use. Cosmedica just takes out all the blurr of facial care and makes it simple. I have bought a few products and am very happy with the products the shipping and the packaging. And the prices.

My daughter loved it.. need to read the instructions very well, be knowledgeable, and what youโre doing because it is on your face, and make sure you use oil that is intended for it
