Awesome Product - Buy them
I wore these pants practically every day on my month long trip to New Zealand. - They are incredibly comfy. - They fit pretty well. - They have a thin fleece lining that kept me warm at freezing and a little above. I wore tights underneath for freezing temperatures. But didn’t really need the tights for hiking at 45 F. - They’re reasonably water resistant and kept me dry during a day long hike in nearly constant drizzle, and on a nearly freezing boat ride where we got splashed pretty hard. - They look PERFECTLY NEW after wearing them practically every day hiking for a month. - They do not fit over ski boots, or I would have worn them snow skiing too! :D Great value. So comfy I wish it was appropriate to wear them everyday at work. For reference I am 5’6” 120 lbs and have a 30 inch inseam for skinny jeans. However the 4 Regular fit me best when wearing hiking boots.

Great pants for keeping warm outside in cold weather!
I LOVE LOVE LOVE these pants. I haven’t gone skiing in them or done anything in the snow, but for keeping you warm, these pants are the bomb. I put the in even just to walk my 2 small dogs around the block because they stop and sniff so much that I get cold. #1 - Length: They come in short! It is sometimes very hard to shorten snow pants because of the layers of construction. Traditional ski pants have a lining with elastic that hugs the boot to keep snow out. As a sewist, I could probably take that apart to shorten, but it would be a bugger to do. These pants do not have that liner (so they are not traditional ski pants) and have a simple folded hem that could easily be adjusted further. I am 5’3” and the “short” length is perfect. My normal dress pants inseam is 29 1/2”. They would easily fit someone with an inseam 1” longer than mine. #2 - Fabric: The fleece backing makes these warm and comfortable at least down to 30 degrees without having to wear long johns. (And I am always cold.) It hasn’t yet gotten lower than 30 during the day where I live. The outside of the fabric is soft and can stand up to a fair amount of wind. The knees are reinforced but also have a dart so bending your knees isn’t problematic. In fact, I wore them on a 20 mile bike ride and they were just fine. (I did need to use a strap to keep them from grazing the chain and getting all greasy.) #3 - Sizing: I wear a size 8 (with not a lot of extra room but a 10 is too big) and these pants are pretty true to size, if not a bit in the roomy side. The sizing allows for an extra base layer if you need more warmth (but just a base layer, not a thick fleece). I have somewhat of a thick (nonexistent) waist, and the elastic waist on these pants means I can wear them comfortably. #4 - Features: I mostly use the hip pockets. They are sufficiently roomy for the usual things: hankie, a car or house key, ID, credit card, snack bar. There is also a narrow pocket in the right knee that would accommodate a hankie, a key, or something small. The 1 back pocket is a normal sized pocket. I don’t use it out of preference, not lack of usability. #5 - Comfort: These pants are comfortable enough that when I come in from my daily 3 mile walk, I end up forgetting I have snow pants on and keep them on for even a couple of hours. They aren’t quite as comfy as yoga pants, but not much is… One thing to be aware of is the ankle width. I don’t know that these would slide over a ski boot. If they would, it would be pretty tight (on the up side, it would keep the snow out). They are, however, sufficient for sliding over hiking boots or a normal snow boot, and would keep the snow out because they aren’t so wide that they would fit so loosely as to flop around. I like the narrower ankle because I use these for cycling in cool weather (40’s) and I can use a strap to keep them out of the chain and not have lots of fabric to deal with. In fact, I will be sewing up a spandex sleeve for this. Some people might be concerned about riding 20 miles and getting overheated, but that hasn’t been a problem. (Now my jacket is another story….) I haven’t yet washed them but I expect, based upon the fiber content, that they should wash just fine. I highly recommend these pants. (And no, I haven’t been given anything to say that.) Several times when my husband and I were out walking the dogs I have said “I love my new pants!” He is probably sick of me saying it.

Perfect for Alaska!!
These pants are awesome! I bought them for an Alaska cruise in June. We planned for multiple excursions including, zip lining, whale watching, hiking, and one called deadliest catch. Being from Texas I’m easily cold. These were perfect not too hot with the inner fleece and worked great with the rain & cold. I could have worn these the entire 10 days and been happy. The pocket on the knee is ridiculously small though. I could only fit my chapstick and eye drops in it. But my phone fit perfectly in the regular pocket (iPhone 15 max pro) and it still zipped. I would definitely buy these again. They’re lightweight & waist band stretches. I’m usually a size 6 petite but I sized up for comfort and in anticipation of the buffet. 😉

Good for the money
Pretty nice pants, affordable price. Hard to find insulated waterproof women’s pants with stretch and no bulk. The lines knees are a huge plus - I work in landscaping in all weather and these are excellent. I have a 33” inseam and these are the PERFECT length! It’s almost impossible to find pants that are long enough for me. Flattering fit if you have some booty, if you don’t then it’s not that cute, but I doubt many people are buying these for style. Good flexibility, great water repellent, warm and comfortable. My only “complaint” is that the button closure is weak. A double clasp or some heavier stitching and fabric in the bottom area would be good. I know this button will fail sooner than later. The zipper is also flimsy, but these pants are pretty cheap so I can’t complain much. Zipper and button replacements are pretty cheap.

I'd buy them!
Great pants! These were as described, fit according to the size chart so perfectly. Kept me warm all day biking in the rain in Northern Idaho in 40 degree weather. They are lightweight, very comfortable, and the material is not stiff. I didn't need to adjust them at all and they made my ride so easy! I am 5'11" and 155 lbs and ordered a size 8Tall. I highly recommend and would definitely order again. Great value for what you get as well!

Double check sizing based on intended use but worth price
TL;DR: be aware sizing is odd, works well and is comfortable to wear, worth the money. Longer version: As many other reviews indicate, sizing is a bit odd. Based on sizing info in listing, I should have ordered 16-short but based on comments/reviews, I ordered 12-short and the fit is good. Waistband is a bit looser than desired but not quite to the point of needing a belt. I intended them to be worn either by themselves or with thinner pants (leggings, yoga pants, etc.) under them and the size I ordered allows me to do that. I haven’t tried but I don’t think that a pair of thicker pants (jeans) could be worn under the size I got (12-short) for my body so if you’re wanting that, take into account when ordering. Ultimately, comfortable to wear and allows good range of motion (I’ve used for hiking and manual snow management). Kept cold wind and moisture (snow, ice, freezing rain, sleet) out. Pockets are great too. Has held up to washing/drying well. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy again when needed.

Changed over time
I ordered these in 2021 and still love them! They are very warm, fit over snow boots, very soft, and still look clean and new. I decided to order another because I’m wearing them more often. The second pair, way different. The ankle is much tighter and won’t go over a boot. The fabric is VERY different. It feels cheaper and not near as soft and warm. It fits snugger like a boot cut jean. The 2021 pair was more relaxed fit so the waist stayed put when you moved around. 5 stars for the 2021 version! 2026 version may work for someone but since I had the comparison, I’d give 2 but it may be what someone else wants so I’ll give 3

🇮🇸 Tested in Iceland’s Summer Wind, Rain & Cold
I’m from Florida, so I knew I needed to prepare for an Icelandic summer. After researching hiking gear, I decided to give these pants a try—and I’m so glad I did. I wore them to the Katla Ice Cave, where it was cold, rainy, and windy, and they exceeded my expectations. They kept me warm, dry, and comfortable, even after hours of hiking. They were also perfect while exploring Vík, where the wind can be relentless. One thing that really impressed me was how well they handled the outdoors. They repelled water beautifully, and even after getting dirty on muddy trails and volcanic terrain, they barely looked dirty. A quick brush-off and they looked ready for the next adventure. Comfort was another huge win. I had plenty of room to layer thermal leggings underneath without feeling bulky, and they were comfortable enough to wear all day while hiking and sightseeing. I was so happy with them that I bought the men’s version for my husband, and he loved his just as much. Good to Know: My only small complaint is the button closure. It’s a little harder to fasten than some hiking pants that use a hook-style closure. It’s definitely not a dealbreaker—the overall fit and comfort were much better than the other brands I tried. These aren’t just “Iceland pants.” I’ll be wearing them for future hikes, national parks, and any cool-weather adventure. If you’re planning a trip to Iceland—even in the summer—don’t underestimate the weather, especially if you’re coming from a warmer climate like we were. These hiking pants were one of the best investments I made for the trip. ✅ Would I Buy Them Again? Absolutely!

Super pantalon
