What is the difference between Fizzers and Love Hearts?

Not trying to be a wise guy, but bigger fizz with love hearts, fizzes are more like smarties there is still a fizz but each piece is one bite. Love hearts are bigger and more fizz

What are the best fizzie type candies, where you drop them in water, and they create a tasty drink?

Fizzers are a candy. I don't believe that they would "melt"/dissolve in water to create a drink. What I do get that is "fizzy" and works to make a drink is Bobelo. They can be found on Amazon as well.

From where do they ship?

Not sure check at site it tells you that

1 kg of Fizzers is about 140 rolls. I just weighed 10 rolls on a very accurate scale; weight was 2.50 oz. You do the math.
