I found that the thread on one was a little rough the first time I put it on a jar, but afterwards it went on smoothly. ### ⭐⭐⭐ These WILL NOT fit a Kilner Jar *by L***N on 16 February 2026* So on a positive note the lids are very well made, it’s a great set with everything you’d want and with a few spares like extra seals in there too. On the down side they don’t fit my Kilner jars. So I then bought a “wide mouthed” Kilner jar, the one with the plastic thing to lift the pickles out, and that’s too big. I’ve included photos of the lid comparison and the instructions so you can do it the other way around. Measure your jar openings and if they’re the right size, buy these. If not, consider buying the jars with these already in built into the lids, that way you know they’ll fit.
