I cook at temperatures around 450 degrees Fahrenheit (232 degrees Celsius) almost every day, so this has been a world of difference in terms of food preparation. Now I never worry about burning my hands or accidentally being scorched, and that alone makes the purchase worth it, in my opinion. The quality of the Oven Mitts is very high, too. They have excellent grip and aren't too thick while being gloved on your hand, making it easier to pick things up. I like the look of them, just a simple black design.
