I LOVE these cookies. Husband is sugar- free and daughter is gluten free - work perfectly for my banana pudding. They are about half size as “normal” Nilla Wafer - so adjust the amount you need accordingly. Great taste too!

I was excited to find this healthier version of a vanilla wafer. They taste good but I wish they were a bit crisper--didn't work very well in banana pudding. Be warned that the packs are tiny. I understand that almond flour is more expensive than wheat flour, but the price on this prohibits me from buying again.

SO GOOD. I have tried a few varieties from Highkey, and while I have enjoyed them all, I find these vanilla wafers to be my favorite. Not sure if that is a good thing or a bad thing haha! I love these! I am partial to vanilla, and I find these to have a very natural vanilla taste. Perfectly sweet, and has a soft, almost chewy texture. Small enough to pop in mouth whole, or just large enough to get two bites from it. I may make ultra mini ice cream sandwiches using these next time I make ice cream. I like vanilla wafers from any brand or dietary style, and I like these Highkey vanilla wafers the best out of all wafers I have ever tried. So not only my favorite Highkey cookie, but also my favorite vanilla wafer!! These cookies really hit the spot. And I am very thankful that the bag indicates the amount of calories and other nutritional information on it for both a single serving, and entire bag. I seem to not be able to keep my hands out of this bag. These vanilla wafer cookies are addicting! YUM

They didn’t taste right this time around. I could not eat them unless I put some sweet strawberry jam from choc zero .

Perfect for banana sugar free pudding

Unfortunately, these cookies tasted stale and had no crunch at all. The flavor was okay, but the texture was soft and disappointing, as if they had been sitting out for quite a while .
