I've used a variety of ear-cleaning liquids and devices, but the very first time using this Otex solution I knew it was different – you can really feel it absorbing, and can even feel it a bit in your nasal cavity.Most importantly, my wife and I instantly felt/heard an increased clarity in our hearing that lasted (I think any wet solution can have a temporary effect due to wetting the eardrum).
