I read on here that some people use it every 5th print. The bottle is good for 100 applications or so when applied properly. It is all about trial and error. When using Magigoo, shake it, then press the applicator on the bed and squeeze gently until the tip gets slightly gooy. Then spread evenly to active area. DO NOT SQUEEZE THE BOTTLE TOO MUCH, or it may pop the applicator out and the goo will all over the printer. Should you require assistance or encounter any problems, contact support at feedback@magigoo.com. **Q: Will this work directly on aluminum?** A: of course I use it in my Anet that has an aluminum bed and works well, just apply and pre-heat the heatbed to dry and it will be ready, and you can use that application like 5 times more or so. **Q: i just got this for my ender 3, and it is not sticky! i put an even layer, i spread it around, i fired up the 3d printer and the PLA just wont stick?** A: There are a few things that might cause your issues. I don't know what your settings are, so I'll just list some suggestions: 1. Make absolutely sure your bed is leveled. 2. Check the print head offset, the gap between print nozzle and bed. 3. Heat settings for bed and nozzle. Especially the bed, it has to be hot for this stuff to work. If you can answer back with your printer settings, I'll be able to give you a better answer 👍 ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good quality *by on Reviewed in India 25 June 2023* Quality is good ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works a treat - especially with ABS/PETG (also PLA) *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 8 January 2023* Sometimes I just can't get my parts to stay attached to the bed, especially with PETG and ABS. Even with PLA, sometimes it just doesn't happen - especially when the contact area is small. This stuff works a treat, significantly increasing the chance of good first layer adhesion. It lasts for ages because it generally only needs a thin layer to be applied once and one can do lots of prints. Over time it needs reapplying - either straight on top, or wash off previous layer with a damp cloth (water soluble). It won't completely solve ABS/PETG warping issues, but it helps a lot - the bed adhesion can be so strong that the parts themselves break (layer separation) during printing rather than coming off the bed - and that's fixable with a soldering iron.Little tip - first use requires the seal to be broken by pushing the tip down onto a hard surface until it clicks.
