Why has the price went up from $6.13 to $9.56 since my last order 2 months ago? Price gouging?

A $3 difference is hardly price gouging. It was an add-on item through Amazon at $6.13 for Prime members, then Amazon changed it to $17.13, no Prime. Now it's unavailable.
