Kap7 Water Polo Rebounder
My son uses the Kap7 Rebounder everyday to improve his game. I would suggest you speak to your child's coach for specific activities. However, there are several youtube videos available which offer various workouts using the Kap7 rebounder.

Perfect
But OMG the noise level in my back hall when my kid goes and practices for an hour!! It's fine when he hits and catches but the misses... Remove all glass from the area ;)

Started tearing within a month
My son has been using this for just about a month and it’s already tearing up.

Kap7 rebounder
Rather disappointed as this is for water polo but the metal is rusting and coating is peeling off. Paid quite a bit for it and was expecting something more durable.
