Does this come with the green plastic frame cover?

We bought ours in 2015 and it came with an emerald green cover on the frame. I don't know if the supplier has changed the product. Is the cover listed in the product description?

The legs fold making the rebounder flat and easy to transportable.

What is the max weight medicine ball that can be used with this?

We typically use regular ball. 3.3 pound weight ball also will work.
