Question 2

Have you tried this MGO 250+ for cough?  Debating if this or the 400+ be best.  Read somewhere the 400+ would be overkill.  thanks

I used both 250+ and 400+ to treat my daughter's colds (she is eleven) and it helped to calm her cough and she was able to sleep throughout the night. I personally didn't see any difference in taste or performance between 250+ and 400+, my daughter says that the taste of 400+ is much stronger. Hope this helps.

Not sure why the vendor or amazon did not show the ingredients portion of the jar.  To be fair, it's honey.  There are only a few items listed i.e. carbohydrates, sugar... on the panel.  Let me know if there is something specific you are looking for.
