High quality, natural perches for parakeets
I have several sets of these. They are the perfect thickness and length for a pair of budgies (parakeets). I have multiple pieces so I can switch them out regularly and then wash and sterilize a bunch of them at one time. Since they are made from natural wood branches, they vary slightly in size, shape, and thickness, which is perfect for keeping birds feet in healthy condition. All of them are just the right size for budgies, and they are well made. They look great, are easy to install and remove, and can be tightened to be secure and provide stability. I highly recommend.

Much preferred to dowel rods
These natural wood perches are a great option for any bird. The smooth dowel perches that come with many cages can put constant pressure on the same areas of a parrot’s feet and cause problems over time. These branches provide more natural shapes and varied footing, making them a much healthier and more comfortable choice.

Recommended
This is a very good value, as the rope is good quality and the perfect length for a medium large cage. All items attach securely. Also I was surprised at how much my budgie likes to sit on the little horizontal rounds.

Real branches
My birds love these perches and they love to rub their beaks against it when they need a little buffing or cleaning. I'd say the quality is great, very easy to install, easy to clean, fits in most medium to large cages, birds are able to chew these type of perches no biggie, and has a great feel or texture to them that I think most birds would enjoy. I just love that it's a real branch versus those plain skinny dowels that could also cause arthritis in birds. Hence, why I purchased this pack is to provide varying widths of perches for my birds to have variety in their gripping.
