Does the voice enhancer need batteries

Hi Carla! Yes, it requires 2 AAA batteries.

Did anyone else not get what’s pictured above? We are very disappointed.

Hi! All items pictured should have come in your box. if you did not receive a complete box, please email toys@playmatestoys.com

Why does it take so long to ship?

Mine didn’t take long at all to ship I also used prime

I only got the mask and the voice activator? Where is the rest of the itemd shown in the picture?

Included with this “box” is the voice recorder , mask, and some papers. Also a little bag with a decoder that’s all. This was part of my point in how disappointing this box was for the money. Scamming kids is really what it seems. Sad. Hope this helped answer your questions
