Marvel's X-MEN Red/Black Logo Metal w/ Enamel Accents BELT BUCKLE, Small

This belt buckle is awesome! It looks X-Men accurate and lays flat/facing forward when being worn, not drooping down facing towards the floor like some buckles. The quality is good, though it had a small chip in the coating and blemish in the enamel, but for the price and use, I'm not going for perfection. It fits onto an elastic yellow belt with a traditional belt buckle closure very easily - no cutting, stitching, or alterations required! I found the belt under Champion Sports Uniform Belts. To attach the X buckle, or any similar style buckle: Before you put the belt on, loop the small belt end through the X buckle loop, pull the X buckle towards the metal end of the belt and over the little belt loop, this secures the X buckle to the belt, behind the metal closure. Then, before putting it on, affix or connect the small belt end to the metal buckle like regular use, I used the last belt hole/largest waist size so no extra belt strap would be sticking out. Then, simply hook the X buckle into the yellow belt, and voila! NOW, expand the expandable belt, step into it/put it on, and tighten the belt to your desired size using the little metal size adjuster on it. Do the reverse or, just hike it up for nature calls. The idea works the same for non-expandable belts, you would just put the belt on first before fastening everything. See third picture for close up: It is literally the X buckle looped onto the belt, fastened per usual, and then the X buckle covers the silver belt closure like a circular bank vault door and the knobbed post holds it in place through a following belt hole. Coolest, accessory I've ever bought for less than 5 bucks at the time, and it goes on any belt. You can make some modifications or just slightly shift. And bam, you're part of the x men now

Very nice quality buckle. Colors are vibrant and it's very sturdy. It's very solid but not too heavy of a buckle. Can't wait to use if for my costume.
