These were a nice comfort upgrade for my winter boots and I now use them all the time. I’ve never liked “arch support” products in the past (always felt like they were forcing my foot into an awkward shape) but being able to order insoles specifically for flat feet has changed my mind. I tried them in my running shoes after being impressed by how supportive they felt in my boots, and they significantly reduced a pain that I get in one of my hips after too much cardio. I think having something keeping my ankle from rolling in too far was good for the pressure on the rest of my joints. Or it could have been the better shock absorption. They’re on the harder side, so I’m hoping they last a while. The arch definitely won’t be crushed or flattened by the weight of being stood on. If you’re looking for something really spongy/cushioning, then these might not fit the bill, they’re more orthopedic imo.

I generally don't write reviews however, these insoles are AMAZING! I started a new job where I walk on concrete floors 7hrs a day...I get at least 10,000 steps daily and after a few hours my feet and back were hurting. By the end of the day the pain was so intense, I could barely walk due to the pain. I love my job so started searching for shoes that would help. I bought 5 different pairs all that gave great reviews however, they helped some but still left me in so much pain by the end of the day. I tried taking different pairs and switching out after a few hours, still no big improvement. I did more research and these insoles were recommended. I've tried insteps but these said they were good for concrete floors and flat feet. I decided to give them a try and so very thankful I did. While my feet are a little sore from wearing them all day, my back pain was non-existent!! I actually couldn't believe how great they worked. I deal with low back pain due to unstable SI joint and I didn't even have pain from that! I can't believe I paid so much money on brand name tennis shoes and these insoles are what helped more than expensive tennis shoes or back braces for my SI joint I didn't even need to wear a back brace, which was wonderful! They are well worth the money.🙂

Great for overpronation and fallen arches. Could feel the difference upon first wear. Helps with balance as well.

I bought my size Women's 10-10's for a pair of New Balance sneakers. I did not want to cut them down which is why I paid such a hefty price for a right size set. They do a great job for arch support but they are short at the toes and so after while hurt and rub against my toes. I tried putting back the NB insoles over them but then I get nothing then so that did not work. So, If you are going to buy them, run a size larger. The picture below shows the Powerstep on top and NB insole on the bottom.

My son is 15 and has overpronation which causes pain in his feet and monthly visits to the chiropractor to get adjusted. We have tried multiple inserts to help him and none of them have been comfortable enough for him to keep them in his shoes. These are thin and fit very well in his golf shoes, running and basketball shoes and every day shoes without making them too tight or uncomfortable. He has felt insant relief! Highly recommend these!

These are THE best inserts we've ever purchased - for anyone with foot pain from low to flat arches these will help. This has been my experience; they support the entire foot in sports/athletic shoes, compatible with most any average brand. They are sturdy but not hard; and offer really great support for the footbed. No odor and easy to place into / take out of shoes. These are designed for athletic shoe - not for dress. I would recommend these to anyone who needs extra support for feet/soles/arches
