If you have lower spine/tailbone issues, like degenerative disc disease or herniated discs, or even a fractured disc, this is the cushion for you! I have a bigger one by a different manufacturer but it doesn’t work as well. This one is compact and comes with a carrier bag. It is airline approved and fits in a small airline seat just fine. This is a great cushion, relieves and prevents pain.

This is an amazing product. It couldn't have arrived at a better time. Having injured my back 6 weeks ago, I've spent so much time laying down because that is the only position that produces the least amount of pain. This cushion is a game changer. I've been able to sit in a chair comfortably and I'm looking forward to trying this in the car as well. I believe the thickness and material are a huge factor in providing pain relief. I love that the cover is removable for washing. I have yet to try to customize the foam, but am looking forward to seeing how that aspect works too.

Love this item! I had the thicker version of this cusion, and I liked it, despite it's bulky size. I decided to give the thinner one a try, and I love it! It's easier to bring to places, and it doesn't make me 3 inches taller when I sit on it! I have chronic talbone pain, so this cushion goes with me everywhere! Highly recommend!

This has so much potential but my sit bones are much closer together than their pillow for that, and the cutout part for the tailbone doesn’t allow me to remove cushion where I need it removed in the customizable one. I wish they’d make a full one that is customizable!

I feel like I have tried every single kind/brand/size/shape of cushion like this for air travel and this is the only one I've found that is actually comfortable at any price point. Now, I'm able to do 5+ hour flights with this thing without the brutal tailbone pain I've dealt with over the years. I'm a bigger guy, (5'11" / 230lbs) and this cushion was both big enough for my frame and small enough to fit on your average airplane seat without bumping up against your row-mates, which is really hard to pull off. Love that it folds in half and doesn't have to be inflated or pumped up, (those kind of cushions have often broken/punctured on me and frankly, they're a pain in the you-know-what, to use) but I do wish it was a wee bit smaller when folded as getting it into a backpack or crossbody is possible, but not easy. However, it kinda has to have some bulk to it to do its job so well so it's an acceptable compromise, IMO. I usually attach it to a carabiner on the rear of my backpack by its little closure tab/snap thingee and it stays out of the way just fine. Just ignore all the others and get this one. It's reasonably priced, good quality, and most importantly IT ACTUALLY WORKS!
