I’ve tried a lot of migraine medications over the years, but Excedrin Migraine Relief Caplets are the one I keep coming back to. I find taking half a dose works well. Pretty powerful stuff and it's fast acting and long lasting too. No issues but then again migraines are rare but they always suck.

This product does the job - quickly!
Quick relief from a headache! I wanted to find an over-the-counter (OTC) alternative to prescription headache medicine; and, upon doing a lot of research, I found out that this Excedrin was the best alternative. It got rid of my neck-based headache within a half hour without ibuprofen. I highly recommend this product: if I again have a headache that needs stronger medicine than that which is minimally acceptable, I will definitely use this Excedrin.
