What heat press settings do you use with this vinyl? Also, is it cold or hot peel?

I set the heat press on 350 and press for 20 seconds. And I usually let the vinyl cool a little before I peel the plastic off of it.

Is this heat transfer vinyl easy to figure out the cutting side?

Yes. Its glossy on the transfer side (do NOT cut) and matte on the vinyl side (side to be cut). Dont forget to mirror your image before you cut.

I am a new beginner, is there any difference between pu and pvc of the htv?

Our PU htv vinyl is better than PVC, and easier for beginners to use, easy to cut with most cutting machines.

Is this vinyl cpsia complient?

It worked with my Cricut machine and Easy Press. I would think it could be.
