We installed a pair of these along with vessel sinks in our master bath. SUMMARY: Good performance and quality for the price. PROS: - The faucets were easy enough to install. Instructions were fairly good. - Build quality feels sturdy, but the metal is pretty thin on the faucet body. The plumbing fitting hoses are nice and long. The fitting is only 3/8" so be sure to account for that. - I did not expect more for the price we paid. The finish may be painted on. I don't want to scratch it to find out. - TECH SUPPORT ACTUALLY RESPONDS. I needed modifications to the mounting hardware. When I emailed their support, I actually received a response within 1-2 days. The response pointed me to a link on amazon for the modified part I needed. I thought their email address might be a typo the package documentation, but it was legit. CONS: - I had to pay for the extra part. My counter thickness with the granite and the underlying wood cabinet counter, about 3.5 inches thick, was too deep for the length of the threaded sleeve included in the hardware. - The water flow is not eco-friendly. The flow rate feels to high compared to the "water saver" faucets most Americans may be accustomed to.

We are very happy with the faucet and drain we ordered. There was a bit of a mix up in that the package contained a gold faucet and a silver drain. We contacted the company and they were very quick to send out the correct color drain. Customer service was very kind and thorough. The faucet itself is very sturdy and has great water pressure.

Super easy to install and looks great. Better supply line access than one like it I replaced due to leak too deep in the faucet to tighten.

I had to contact company due to a problem with the original faucet. This company helped me by replacing the defective part and was quick to respond to the problem. Received the replacement and all is good. Would definitely recommend this company for your faucet needs. They were quick to respond to my concerns and the replacement was sent immediately. Can't say enough about the customer service which is hard to come by these days.

I was concerned when I purchased it because of the low price, but the quality of the faucet was rather nice. I had a problem installing the faucet, and customer support was quicker than I expected.
