Moist - when the word has good connotations. I like this product as much as the moisturizers & body washes of same brand. Subtle scent & not glossy

I love this lip balm. 5 starts every time. Only this time I ordered 2 and received 2 face washes. I did the return and they send the lip balm..... Incorrect. I received a package with 2 face washes again. Very disappointed.

Is not Sealed, therefore threw out product as product is not safe to use!! As you can not return!!

Be careful ordering this! Mine arrived loose (not on a blister card) and had no safety seal on the cap. I had to throw it away because who knows what could have been done to it prior to shipping.

Like many others out there, I've tried the most common brands for lip balm and this is hands down the best for me. And it feels way better, or more natural, than the others that have you applying a new layer every 5-10min
