Awesome Quality Product
Brought this product to make appe ( in my local language for appam ) Found this product reasonably priced. Product quality is top notch. Its cast iron made with black coating on it. Its pretty heavy in weight and because of that worth the price.

Works very well
It is sturdy & heavy product... Serves it's purposes... Optimum size n shape.... Best part is its cast iron cookware ...regular care .. Easy to clean .....follow the regular cleaning tips....no steel scrubbers ..... Useful for making not only paniyarams but a wide variety of snacks in less quantity of oil .... Price is reasonable.... Healthier option as compared to non stick.

Worst product
The pan is not nonstick, food sticks to it and gets messy. Furthermore there is a black paint peeling off from the pan which gets mixed with food, totally regret buying it

Heavy material.
It is very heavy to use. I used for gundu pongal on induction stove. Heat is not circulating all over pan. Only middle portion is getting hot. Last line is half cooked.it is sticky. Not seasoned. It takes your ample time to get seasoned and your batter will be wasted. So better go for nonstic pan. Which is easy to use.

Super happy for having purchased this product. Consistently using as the result obtained is extra-ordinary. Only care to be taken is avoid washing with water. keep the unit always polished with cooking oil; before, during and after use. Apply edible oil and adequately heat the unit before dropping ingredients for better results. This can be used depending upon one's creativity.

Great product. Well made and properly pre seasoned. Used it a couple of times and appe came out very well just like nonstick. The first time is little tricky , but after that works well. Great price.
