My baby loves this thermo. I placed hot cereal in it and it stayed warm for about 2 hrs roughly. I purchased stickers for him to add to it and he enjoyed doing that. It holds enough for an elementary kid. He is full. Washes easy and fits well in his lunch bag. This was an great buy
