bought this to replace my old one which had a plastic body after some use with warm marinades cracked . this however is a much more superior product good quality stainless steel comes with two injectors one for liquids and one for liquids and thicker marinades and two spare seals it also includes a booklet with ideas and suggestions but does not tell you in the ad that it is an e-manual which you will have to download and save. this is a top quality professional product which i highly recommend.

This product works fantastic for injecting buttery goodness into meats! The syringe capacity is large enough to work a large turkey, brisket, chicken, pork butt, or other cut without constantly having to refill. The needles are long enough to go the distance which has the added benefit of making fewer holes through the skin. Fewer holes = less injection nectar leaking out as it cooks. It also can handle injections that have crumbled herbs and spices without clogging the syringe, which is definitely a plus. While it's difficult to really tell how strong an injector is just by looking at it online, I can say this one really is a beast! I've injected old, thick honey with ease (that's saying a lot. Crappy injectors would give at the seals or just generally not be up to the task due to having too small of a hole diameter, etc). I've also used it to inject relatively hot liquids taken straight from the sauce pot (some situations call for it) and it wasn't an issue - the metal and seals are of excellent quality and the body / plunger is thick, so I hardly noticed the temperature of the injection juice. Can you find another product like this for a similar price? Perhaps. Though one thing that really set this aside for me is the customer service. I appreciate service as much as the next guy, but ultimately I'm focused on value, though in this case, the company standing by their superior product is worth saving a few bucks through some sketchy overseas joint. The story here is this... I've had my Grill Beast for some years now and at some point in time, I misplaced a couple of the syringes. The one I had left I didn't use very often, though I ended up liking it very much, so that was a bonus, though I still appreciated having the others for certain tasks. I contacted Grill Beast to ask if I could buy just the needles since the syringe was still in perfect condition even after years of use (I haven't even had to change the gaskets yet - far better quality than previous injectors I've used). They promptly got back to me to ask if I could confirm my mailing address and that they'd be sending a whole new set of needles, gaskets, etc, free of charge! They even covered the shipping. Wow! This wasn't due to some mistake they made or product failure. It was my fault for losing them, yet they still had my back and wanted me to have a good customer experience, so they helped me out. You just don't see that kind of service these days. It's more often that you're paying for a warranty on a menial piece of crap, whereas this is a truly customer-focused group of folks who applied their passion for cooking towards making a superior product, and who stand by that product as well as the folks who supported them by buying it.
