## Description

GlazeGuard gloss sealer is a two component, professional grade highly durable water based sealer with extra slip resistance adhesion properties. This lab tested product has been specially developed for sealing ceramic, porcelain and stone tile surfaces. It's easy to apply to achieve a professional appearance for most commercial and DIY projects. GlazeGuard UV stable and completely resistant to abrasions and a very wide range of chemicals. Available in high gloss, satin and matte finishes.

No complaints or issue’s. Sealed my non-glazed tiles with a nice glossy shine. Just invest in a plastic measurement cup to mix the solutions and follow the 3:1 ratio.

if you prep the tile, i used it on a porcelin tile, the results are amazing. I had laid a wood grain porcelin tile in black. It always looks dirty, because there was very little shine to the tile. When it was wet, omg!! it looked pheminenal.Bought this product after seeing it on you tube, I was a bit skeptical, i tried it out on a piece of the flooring that i cut down for a border. The results convinced me that this was what i was looking for.My only negative is that it scuffs easily. I put down cardboard on the floor to protect it while ire-installed my stove. I thought that since the fridge had wheels, i shouldnt have a problem.. When i turned the fridge into the space, it left some scuff marks. Going to try and re-apply some of the glaze and see if it will cover.

Purchased a few times nowFairly easy to apply allow sufficient drying timePreparation is essential remove all dust dirt debris and previous sealant etc as this prevents peeling or poor finishUsed this before , then after trying another brand realised how good the finish was with this product4 stars as this can peel ,prep and care are key here however compared to others which didn’t last or protect the floor for very long or give a good finish .Wash with fairy liquid and water not floor cleaner or any other products this prevents peeling alsoOverall the best I foundNot many sealers can be used on ceramic / porcelain tiles and this is the only one that works
