I've noticed since I've been taking this daily, first thing in the morning, my mood is improved and I do sleep better. It is best taken with caffeine, but I find it works without it too. I decided to try this product after drinking a matcha tea latte and feeling euphoric; turns out, matcha tea is high in l-theanine and caffeine. I definitely recommend!

It is a potent extract. A little amount will go a long way. After using this, I feel energetic and relaxed whether I work at office or in the gym. It has improved my mood and now I don't get irritated or agitated easily.
