A: I use these where I am kneeling on a cement floor often throughout the day. Not sure what sort of impact you experience, but they make it much more comfortable to stay on the ground for longer. I wouldn't count on these for blunt-force impact but they are comfortable within reason. I wear them under my pants and nobody knows I wear them.
