RejuvenateClick N Clean Multi-Surface Spray Mop All-In-One Kit Cleans And Revitalizes Floors

I had to order a bottle of the rejuvenate floor shine refresher to fit. I had the cleaner but don’t like it because it dries cloudy. The refresher works great. However the mop does not work. The bottle I needed came yesterday but when I went to use it in the mop it doesn’t work. The neck is not long enough on the 32 oz bottle.Too late to return it. So I will continue to just carry the bottle and spray the floor and then mop.UPDATE. I called the customer service and found that I have to have a special 32 oz bottle with the longer neck which Is not available on Amazon. I have to go to Home Depot. So I now have so much of the shine restorer but still have to go find and purchase the click and clean bottle. I hope they carry it. I wish it said that in the description. The cleaner that was enclosed with the kit leaves my floor looking cloudy so I no longer use it. But the shine restorer is great. I just wish they would include either a choice of cleaner or restorer or sold the proper bottle through Amazon. Or I could go back to getting on my knees and spreading the restorer by hand.Would have been nice if customer service had offered to send me the proper bottle - even an empty one. But I will head out in the Florida heat and head across town to see if our Home Depot sells what I need. Kind of disappointed with this and the money I have spent and still can’t use the mop as it was described without spending more money. UPDATE 2: the restorer does not come in the click and clean bottle. The mop is only for the cleaner. My trip to Home Depot was a huge waste of time and I let customer service know that the first operator sent me there. Claudia told me the restorer does not come in that bottle. Would have been nice to know that before I drove across town in the heat 106 heat index today.

Do not waste your money! I never write reviews but this is so horrible I need to warn you. The mop comes in peices you need to assemble unlike swifter. Within the first 10 minutes of cleaning my hardwoods, the shaft came apart...very poorly made. You can see the joint pops apart so the trigger for the cleaner wont work...very frustrating! I will go back to my spin mop. The idea is great but the execution is poor. Dont waste your money... learn from my misfortune!

The Rejuvenate cleaners especially the grout cleaner is excellent. The grout brush is the main reason I purchased this product. As a floor mop there are several others out there which are much better made but grout cleaning brushes on a pole, thus do not require you to get down on your hands and knees, are rare! This one does the job along with the great grout cleaner Rejuvenate makes. Cleans better than anything else I have ever used including several professional (acidic, strong odor) products. It actually brings back the original color of your grout in less than a hours work in a normal size kitchen. Amazing!! I only give 4 stars due to the cost and inability to just purchase the grout brush without the rest bundle. I found the rest of the bundle to much less useful compared to other brands I already have which work better for cleaning hard wood floors.

I received this mop yesterday, and I used it today for the first time.I am soooo disappointed!The microcloths do not slide easily on the wood floors. Does not maneuver well when mopping. It is a nightmare!The pad was sticking to the floor and, it would drag and flip up causing more scratches to our floor. The cleaner (to use as a prep before using the Wood floor restorer) is good. Remember that the product that comes with the junk mop is a cleaner, this cleaner is to be used to prepare your floor for the Restorer. It is ok if your floor looks cloudy, you have to use the restorer after using the cleaner.Do not waste your money buying this applicator. It is junk and it should go straight to the garbage.

This has a pump spray trigger and my fingers kept sliding down and getting pinched. It is a good idea but needs improvement. This one leaked over the floor and I had to get my old fashioned rag mop to soak up the water. Also, an improvement would be adding disposable cleaning pads. The Swiffer wet jet is a better product for the money and uses batteries for the spray. No need to pump the wet jet. Returned this item.
