I have been using Bach remedies for about 50 years, for personal use and prescribing to clients ..I have the full set, and this, on amazon, was the most economical refill. For me personally, Bach remedies make an immediate difference. I mix my own with a little alcohol in filtered water. Clients may react differently depending on their overall condition, nutrition, former or current use of drugs/pharmas etc. The remedies work in layers, like peeling an onion. It may take several remedies over a period of time to get to the 'basic' remedy needed. The 39 remedies cover just about everything and although mainly 'mental/emotional' remedies, work on physical and spiritual level as well. An excellent product for a fair price.

I bought around 8 different back remedies after reading about all of them, and choosing the ones that most relate to the issues that i have . I'm not sure if it is because i am particularly sensitive. ( i work as a psychic/ spiritual intuitive) but all of them have really helped me to make shifts in places where i have been blocked for years. I am very active in self work , and i found these essences moved things around much quicker than i would have thought. I am actually a bit of a skeptic believe it or not, but there's something to this. How they seem to work is to bring you into awareness of the thought processes that come before the behavior or feelings. and then the feelings and behaviors start to change as well. and yes, they are tinctures and brandy is used , so if you are not comfortable with that, or are expecting and herbal or flowery experience with these, you will be disappointed. But they do work. I really only had to take them consistently for about a week, and now i use all as needed.

It was fine, didn’t really notice an increase in happiness, but I’m a pretty happy person anyway. Good idea to put this in cocktails for friends!
