Great quailty for the (sale) price. A light sharpening now and then keeps it very sharp. My main kitchen knife. Good balance and comfortable to hold. Looks great too.

Knife order was received immediately. It is very sharp, just what I needed. My old chef knife became dull so I thought I would order a knife sharpener. This knife was nearly the same amount as the sharpener, so I went for it. The only think I didn't like was I thought it was a Japanese knife, designed in the USA but made in Japan. It was actually made in China. I will see how long it will last. Hopefully it will last as long as my original chef knife, which I have had for forty to fifty years.

As the title suggests, this chef's knife is wickedly sharp! It cuts cleanly through meat as if there was no resistance whatsoever. It slices through tomatoes like you'd expect from a high-end Japanese Ginsu kitchen knife. I'm quite impressed with both the knife and the price. I've no idea how long it will hold up; but so far, so good! The grip's handle is comfortable in my hand and doesn't create unnecessary fatigue, even after slicing through considerable amounts of both meats and vegetables when preparing for larger meals. The knife looks nice, too! Cleaning is a breeze; just be careful not to cut yourself in the process. All in all, this Chef's knife is a winner!
