By far the best herbal cleanser, have tried others previously but not as effective, but this one is, tablet is easy to swallow and not to big and no bitter after taste. Arrived next day in perfect condition

This product is easy to swallow, and doesn't really have a taste or strong smell. The directions tell you to take 1 – 2 capsules up to 3 times a day, but I only took 1 the first couple of days. I have done a cleanse before, and it was painful (stomach cramps) and kept me tied to the toilet. That is why I only took one capsule once a day; I wanted to make sure these wouldn’t be the same. My days are too busy to risk being down and out just because of a cleanse. Well, I needn’t have worried. This one didn’t cause me any issues at all. It did work, but it was more subtle. *No pain *No rushing to the bathroom *No nausea *No cramps I took it mid-afternoon, and it was working by the next morning. It simply made my normal morning "evacuation” more productive, and easier. If you have ever eaten a lot of fiber, chia seed, or eaten a LOT of nuts…this has the exact same effect. Overall, I am happy with these so far. They seem to be working well, without any nasty side-effects.

Was constipated for 4 days before taking these twice daily. After a further 4 days, still constipated and unable to open bowels. DOESN’T WORK, DO NOT BUY!!

If there was one word to describe these capsules it would be 'rooty' - imagine someone freeze dried a freshly dug up swede, a potato and a beetroot, then you ate it, that's kind of the flavour, however, that said it's only for a millisecond as they swallow down easily, so for the benefits it's probably worth it! It's hard to describe here how these work or the impact they have due to the limitations on what you can say in a review - so to keep it within the confines of what I 'can' say - they seem to work well and i've noticed a difference for sure. The tub is big and you get 100 capsules for the price, that said I do think the 16.99 current price point is a tad high for what they are, but if you're looking for something to aid your digestion and cleanse your gut then these are definitely worth a try.
