I really wanted to like and even love this product as I have been a white blond dyed hair color for quite some time now and I'm always looking for a better and healthier way to tone my hair to the icy white blond it is. Whenever I read a conditioner or similar product to that that tones to the level I go for I try it out because I do not like to constantly put developer in my hair to keep it toned.
