A: Being that you are 6' i would size up. Its really comfortable however for a better form of body shaping my opinion is to use it with the body shaping band it will give you a sturdier fit on the waist and help you achieve a better guitar shape.

❤️❤️❤️ I love, love, love these I use them to work out the other day I just got my first pair I will definitely order again. Now if you have some serious upper belly or back rolls you could have a problem with roll down just being honest that did not bother me because the pants from top to bottom did the job they're not really thick and the waist is wide enough. I love these pants the waist do hold you in place and helps enhance your shape my issues with this though is the waist band isn’t long enough since I have a long torso and when I pull it up my Fula area is missing out from being compressed and it also rolls/folds down at the top. Also when I wash it I hand dry it but it still found some way to shrink so now instead of being at my ankles it’s about 3-4 inches above which I don’t appreciate. It’s stretches pretty good and I think there room for improvement on sheerness. And it is very flattering.
