Im 6' with a long torso. My issue is nothings long enough and fits right when it comes to these shapers. What size if any do u recommend??

Being that you are 6' i would size up. Its really comfortable however for a better form of body shaping my opinion is to use it with the body shaping band it will give you a sturdier fit on the waist and help you achieve a better guitar shape.

The XL will not fit for me who is a size 16 correct? I see that XL is for size 12
