Used for Easy Pass and worked like original that was replaced **Q: Live in rental apt. how do yiu remove? hair dryer? goo gone? not concerned with stripping paint. just want to be able to remove.** A: I had Same issue when had to remove from truck I sold. I took flat scraper and got the top part off. Then used hand sanitizer bc I had it in auto. I rub this on the glue strip that was left and in about 1-2 minutes was completely finished. (Side note: I just reach down and push the button with the remote in place ... I don't anticipate needing to remove the remote except to replace the battery.)Installation was easy. I cleaned the mounting area (which is automotive plastic) and the back of the remote with an alcohol wipe, let it dry, and installed one of strip in each location, held each one for about 30 seconds, and let them sit for a day before attaching them. Of course, this isn't terribly heavy duty, but it's been about 3 weeks now, and the strips are holding just fine.
