First off this stuff does not taste good at all!Like one of the worst tasting things I have ever tasted. Secondly the amounts on the back are confusing. And thirdly costumer service sucks. The guy basically mocked me and then told me to go buy a stronger one of their products.Because customer service sucks so much I will no longer be buying this company’s protein powder either.Super disappointed in this product honestly!Bottom line, this tastes awful! Don’t waste your money on it.
