I use these to help with traction for my herniated disc
Comfortable, well made. Great for dead hanging longer than when grabbing on to a pullup bar. I have herniated discs so I use these to hang from as well as doing some core/ab work.

Excellent Hanging Ab Straps
These hanging straps are great for torching your abs and obliques. Usually, your grip gives out before your abs do so by using the straps, the workout goes all to your core. Very good quality with large carabiners to fit over any bar.

Good sturdy hanging ab straps!!
My husband uses these more then me but he loves the wide stripes! They come with big sturdy hooks so not worried about them breaking! Good price!

10 to 20 situps a day hammers away at the lower Avenue slowly chisel Lange way from a four pack into a six pack. These are definitely the most comfortable that Iโve ever used. I traveled and I made sure that I do not leave these behind. They are so important. If youโre one of these people that doesnโt really work out but you wanna do 10 to 20 push-ups a day 10 to 20 situps a day and just do 10 to 20 squats and 10 minutes with the kettlebell, then this is for you. 10 to 20 sets and if you wanna just have some really good fun, I like to swing and do my situps and theyโre so fun that you might end up doing 50 to 60 or simply doing 10 to 20 more often. The more fun you have, the more likely you are to return. Same thing with the trampoline, itโs so fun and itโs super good for you. But nothing says amazing like a six pack and that lower side itโs tough to reach and having to go to a gym.
