No. They’re not. They’re creamy and will smudge if you rub your lips on something.

I have olive skin & am looking for an orange base red, the pic above looks good but some advise its pink based? please advise tried & tested ladies

Dear Suzie, This may sound odd, but THANK YOU so much for your question, which caused me to find a treasure I thought I'd lost!!! So I had to help you out. I fished my used-only-once tube of Revlon "Love That Red" out of my clown make-up bag and tested it on my wrist. It does indeed have a pinkish tinge to it. When I bought it I was looking for "Fire and Ice", which does have a more orange base. It looks like they are selling it again, so hooray for that.
