Long lasting

Customer Service Outstanding
We are a high rise residential building and we bought this dispenser for our gym. It is beautiful. Unfortunately, after a few months the lid split in two places. I had a terrible time finding out how to get a replacement lid (see my other review), but somehow through sheer luck I connected with Ellen Gonnello who is a Customer Service Rep for Zogics. They stand behind their products 100% and have sent a replacement. Ellen said that they are focussed on providing excellent service and she meant it. I was disappointed with Amazon's customer service but not with Zogics. They have been just great.
