Too early to say anything.
I have been taking it for over a week. Still no impact on my tinnitus. And it keeps me awake at night. Maybe I should have taken only 60 mg

Repurchased because it worked
I've used Doctor's Best brand Gingko before the last time I suffered a head injury. It had been 3 months after the accident and I was experiencing brain fog, brief moments of memory loss, and stuttering. It helped me a lot taking this supplement. I had another head injury, this time more severe than the last and alas the stuttering is back and worse than before. I'm hoping this will help like last time. Pills are nice and skinny, easy to swallow. Love that this brand is free of fillers compared other supplement brands.
