How long is the strap?

Dear Customer, thank you for your inquiry. The strap is detachable and flexible. It's actually fit Trekology UL80 sleeping pad with wide 22.4" perfectly.

Is this good also for a lumbar support?

It's got a flat profile so, not really. I think trekkology do another pillow (version 2) with a more rounded profile. Probably more suited as a lumber support... Your probably better off getting a dedicated lumber support, but then the advantage of these is they pack small and light for transport.

Can you adjust height of pillow by controlling how much inflates?

Yes , you can . I am a side sleeper and use 2 pillows . Blow up the top pillow to my liking and use the lower pillow for height . Hate waking up with a kink in my neck . PS. Made the 2 pillows connected together , nothing worse to look around for missing pillows in the dark 🤣
