PerformTex Kinesiology Therapeutic Tape: Single Rolls (Orange You Glad)

When my chiropractor first applied this stuff to my back I was skeptical. I have a rib in the upper right quadrant of my back that refuses to stay where it belongs. This causes me no end of misery in the form of constant muscle spasms and nerve damage and numbness down my entire right arm all the way to my finger tips. The worst of it is the constant dagger in the middle of my back. Just picture someone walking around with a knife always stuck just to the left of there spine right over there lung. There is no cure for this and I've been told by several doctors that nobody will remove the rib because of its proximity to the lung. Pain management docs don't even like to do their thing in that area and my insurance won't pay for it because it is in that area.I have been dealing with this for 25 years now. Not at all trying to be be a drama queen. Just wanted to get across the importance of what this tape has meant for my life. I'm surely no longer skeptical! Within a few minutes of this stuff being applied there was a huge difference in my pain level. It is not a miracle by any means, but it does substantially reduce my discomfort so that I can perform every day tasks without excructiatingpain. I have worn this stuff 3 to 4 strips at a time, through showers and lots of sweat and never had a problem with it sticking till I would decide to replace it. I do, however, round out the ends with scissors before applying it. That does help prevent a lot of rolling. Thank you Perform Tex

ok at best .... the adhesive does not stick right, the pattern of the adhesive is "wrong" i expected a pattern like then PINO tape or the ROCK tape where it is a sine wave shape that the adhesive is applied to the tape - this one here had a wired pattern - it work it works ok at best ... but it does not work great or excellent .....

Simply stated, it's the worst adhesive kinesio tape I've used! As a triathlete and having a chiropractor in the family, I've used many different tapes. This one, no matter how well you clean your arm (soap, rubbing alcohol, etc..), just won't stay adhered to the skin. It started rolling off within 2 hours! I then removed the tape, cleaned the area again thoroughly and reapplied with the exact same results. Then tried it on my daughters arm (she's a gymnast) with identical results. Kisnesio tape (if not bathed or showered) should stay on without issues for several days. Very poor product. Would return if for refund if it were more expensive and worth the time.
