What is the full length storage on right side?

8 1/2 inches inside BUT comes with 3 shelves that don't come out so it does NOT accommodate hanging longer clothing items.

Does anyone know how wide just the clothes hanger bar is? Just the part the clothes hang on. Thanks

Hi, the wide of the clothes hanger bar is 3.93inch.

Is this $20 doll clothes closet really as big as the baby's crib in the photos behind it? If so, could it be used a full-size clothes closet for kids?

No. It’s furniture for a dollhouse. It’s big enough to fit inside a dollhouse, I have a barbie dreamhouse and it fits the inside great, everything you see in the picture is not furniture for “kids” but for “dolls” but yes kids can play with it but it’s not a closet for “kids” it’s for 12 inch dolls

Is this for barbies or american dolls?

Not all Barbies are Americans and not Americans are Barbie’s. In fact, most everything including Barbies and Americans are made in China…so, in reality…they’re Chinese.
