Doesn’t show an average blood pressure reading but it does have a memory so you can check back and work your own out

how do you set the date and time. there are only two buttons and i can't figure out how to do it?

Have the monitor off. Press the start/stop button and hold it down for 3 seconds. The date field will start flashing. Press the M button until you get the day, month, year set. Each Press of the button will increase the numeral by one number. Carry this on to set hour and minutes. Press the start/ stop button again to set.
