A good product
Does not irritate the scalp. The hair is soft. The smell is pleasant. Economical to use.

Very disappointed. Sadly
Bottle arrived half empty and the content was spilled all over inside the packaging and on the other product I had purchased. Very disappointed. Sadly, I didn't learn the first time I purchased this same item months ago which also arrived half empty. Maybe I was hoping it was just a one time incident but 2 out of 2? Not acceptable.
