I am just guessing but unless you have short spikey hair l would think not. Also it is very black and a warning on the jar not to get sweaty or it will run. The product looked good when applied and it worked both to darken as well as style my hair. The hair hold its shape for the entire night and it dried up quickly. None of my clothes were stained. My skin was stained a bit when applying, but it was easy to clean (except for the small streaks that I had here and there on my scalp). The product was very easy to wash away in the shower.
