**Q: Are these all fabric and no fiberglass?**
A: These Filtrete filters are NOT  fiberglass!
They contain electrostatically charged media, the actual materials used are polypropylene and polyolefin plastic 
Fiberglass filters are generally inexpensive, costing as low as $1 and aren't recommended for HVAC systems as they can damage them and because the filter needs changed monthly, an overabundance of debris may cause an increase in your energy bill.
I bought these Filtrete filters to help remove dust and pet dander and improve the air quality in my home, as we suffer from allergies.
I am very pleased with my purchase.

**Q: Does this contain fiber glass?**
A: No. It’s a pleated filter. Cotton, polyester and other pliable materials.

**Q: This has an mpr of 1500 and i noticed the one with mpr of 2200 is cheaper?  isn't the higher number the better filter?**
A: The filtration of the 1500 unit is for adequate flow.  If you get too fine , as the numbers filter smaller particles, you can restrict the air flow to the  system.

**Q: I started using this high MPR 1500 and was wondering if anyone who uses an air purfiyer stopped using that?**
